I will say if this resonates with you I have started taking .5mg of melatonin at around 7-8pm at night like they advise and it really does help. About 70% of the time I will start to feel actually sleepy by 10-11pm. Normally I don’t feel sleepy until 12-2am. It’s rough not having a normie brain. 🫠
