Technically no, but on the other hand I do not yet know the story of the person or what they think they are doing or what they think they are entrusted in doing. Sometimes those folks can move a little bit beyond accepting defeat.
The auction house contacted me to tell me that another bidder in the auction that I won wanted me to be contacted about potentially selling the auction I won to them. As so many people donated money to make this dream happen, I will not be doing so. I'll let you know if things turn ugly.

My removal of 10,000 spam items from the uploads of Internet Archive is now waiting in line behind the remaining moving of 239,000 uploaded manuals to Internet Archive.
It's totally cool to like my work and not like me, by the way. I do that with a metric ton of people myself. If everybody got along with everybody, we wouldn't be setting the world on fire with hatred and ignorance.
