It's amazing how much taking on a persona and presenting it through outward appearance can make a difference. <3 Claiming it for yourself is important. You've got this!

For those of you attending Camp Crucible, I'm looking forward to presenting a discussion about exploring identity and gender through pony play. I hope people are interested in attending, and I'd love to hear thoughts from people who won't be there, to help me sharpen and refine my ideas before!
Hey there, friends!
One question that has come up on multiple occasions is one from events that have primarily catered to puppies, who want to make ponies feel included. I have some thoughts on it, but I'd love to hear it from you: what could an event do to make ponies feel welcome to join in?
A selfie of five ponyfriends.
Had a great time visiting the absolute silliness of Medieval Times with some herd friends. The horses were just lovely!
And the ones actually in the show were, too.
Leather community event producers, titleholders, business owners, and leaders, now would be a great time to promote Boots on the Ground, the only organized group I'm aware of in our subculture informing and training us to resist and push back against rising fascism in our country.

One thing that has been a longtime goal for me is to put together some fantasy armor for Freyja. Horse armor over the ages is fascinating. I always take detailed pictures whenever I hit a museum. Adam Savage recently got up close with some! www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjkU... youtu.be/-jLFI33bu8o?...
You, in fact, can be gifted one the next time I see you. <3
Makes sense, for sure. Either way hope you have a great Katsu. I haven't been in a few years but it was always one of my faves.
It's on Friday night. Event details are here! It's not my event, but the coordinators are great, and I've had an amazing time whenever I've been. fetlife.com/events/2026/...
If you're going to be in the DC area for Katsucon anyways, I can HIGHLY recommend QINK at the Crucible as an event to hit up. It's lovely and incredibly queer. ^^
a pin featuring a chrysanthemum in the pony pride colors overlaid with a horseshoe reading "NAPT 26".
I'm excited! My title pin came in. I love the design, it's chock full of symbolism even if most of it is things that nobody will really catch. Even with that, I think it's just perfect, though. I can't wait to give them out to the friends and herd that supported me, amongst others!
Iβll be participating and I hope you will too. I will not blame you if you cannot, but I will be proud of you if you can and do.
I love you all. β€οΈπ΄

And for those of you I met at Mid Atlantic Leather, it was a pleasure. I think there's a real opportunity for us to do a pony meetup there next year, maybe set up some obstacles and pulling challenges before or after the pups. Fertile ground for horse recruitment; I got lots of interest already!
On top of that, it looks like February we may be having a Big Knight Out and going as a group up to Medieval Times! I wonder if they have a "Stables" section we could take over...
So, it has been less of a pony week than one traveling for work and being rather sick, so I haven't been as active as I may have liked. That said, for those of you who are locals: all of the Crucible Herd's monthly meet fetlife events are up and posted! Hope you can join us!
Itβs @ryepony.bsky.social and Vega on Saturday night. Dega is doing a demo Friday night in the night market.
Perfectly captured picture of the guy on the right checking out your butt, though. :3
For those headed up to Anthro New England, I believe Dega is running a pony play panel. Should go see it!
A patch reading North American Pony 2026 on the back of a leather vest, hanging in front of a laundry nook.
Tonight, finally having a vest I actually like, I added the back patch. Soon to come, pins, extra patches, everything else!
Also, this past weekend was a lovely herd meeting. We had a bunch of new people to help show the ropes (and the hooves, and the harnesses... :3), as well as having some special guests! @adelasianapt26.bsky.social was down, as well as Piper Pony.
Mid Atlantic Leather this weekend! And this is about the time I really could use some sort of a squire to help me with tack.
I'm hoping to connect with some local and semi-local ponies or pony-curious sorts that don't know about our Crucible Herd.
I got a chance to do some Uma Musume cosplay at MAGfest this past weekend. It's always delightful to get to evoke horse, no matter what form that may take. :D
Morning, all! I've officially picked up my ticket for Mid Atlantic Leather, the first event I'll be going to in my title year here. I won't be presenting or anything this time around, but if you're there, give me a whinny. <3
I'm sure you have more than one. O:D
First thing's first: I'm in the process of putting together my travel and education schedule for the year. I have a number of events I'm going to hit regardless, but if you know one that couple use more pony, whether leather, furry, kink, or other, let me know! I'd love to hear ideas.
Aww. <3 As always and ever, you are the sweetest, Tromper.
(And before we get any further, quick plug for pony friend Kylian's Podcast, Straight From the Horse's Mouth. Great resource for all sorts of perspectives on pony play, and hopefully I'll get to hear some more of you as guests there sometime! <3 rss.com/podcasts/str... )

Hey there, everyone! I'm Pony Freyja, the North American Pony leather title holder for 2026. I'm still getting set up here, but this is going to be one of the consolidated places for me to talk about my journeys during the title year, do education, post photos, and all that fun stuff. <3 Whinny!
