so fully adapted, and the benefits are beyond the chair
before, after getting tired from running / standing for awhile, I'd lean forward to support my body with my arms on my knees, but now i feel perfectly fine just standing normally.
the ergonomic benefits are real if you slouch

the only thing that happens is a weird disconnect of your legs and breath and numbness but it feels more concerning than good LOL it does make it easier to run as though you were dying
