oh i just noticed that ng+ for this part of msq does use "the man who wears zenos' face" even though the actual en dialogue names him as simply "zenos"

i have an off-white colorset too but i think i need to fix the normals on the top since they look weird on the straps when it's a light color
sometimes i make my mom watch ffxiv cutscenes so i can explain wtf i'm talking about and she thinks zenos and emet-selch are very scary
the galvus family was, after all, a key part of the garlean imperial project...
bsky...
varis' rant at the parley about how they have to do the rejoinings for anti-ascian reasons is still uh. obviously the worst plan ever and he has no moral high ground. but the more i look at the earlier scenes between him and emet and elidibus the more i understand how he got to that point
tweaking mihri's smallclothes again because once i had her on one vanilla upscale i wanted her bottoms to match... the boxer briefs felt too modern also
the combination of "lol it's good you're not treating me like family now" while also very obviously relying on like. patterns from varis' upbringing is so
jesus
i also really don't understand the explanation of why it isn't using the actual bibo material or how that works
fortunately she had made thematically relevant deep and sincere interpersonal connections so it turned out she did get that miracle. but she had a lot of other options in that situation if she had actually wanted to leave alive
mihri managed to create a way of "refusing to duel zenos in ultima thule" that was extremely terrible and left literally everyone involved unhappy about it. mihri did have her transcendent realization that she was allowed to want to live and that she did, but it was too late save for a miracle!
ah rip
could you contact them and ask?
poor reya... she didn't mean it
the problem with the scions at large being prone to self-sacrifice for the greater good is that it's easy to see mihri as the same. so it's really awful to realize she tried to not come back alive *after* the endsinger was defeated, with no pretense at a heroic sacrifice for the sake of the world
meanwhile mihri and minfilia did have a few disagreements re the crystal braves but largely, while their relationship was entirely sincere, they were both in the honeymoon phase, and honestly were both idealizing the other in some respects. mihri definitely was *more* open before the banquet, but...
honestly this goes for everyone who cares about mihri in any way but it's really, really hard to watch her be so self-destructive and at times audibly callous about her own life. y'shtola especially struggles to realize after ultima thule the extent that mihri was masking being outright suicidal.
Folks, listen to me.
Don't go looking up what blocklists you're on or who blocks you, down that path lies madness, poster's madness! Don't do it! People will block you for any reason, or no reason at all, just ignore it. I always assume that if I'm blocked it's probably because I was annoying.
i understand... here's the relevant krile vs wol part
it's a really cute side story... girls' night
no the whole story is like. wolshtola ship tease because they show up right after y'shtola is like i'm not saying if i have a crush on anyone :)
hey, the wol does show up in that! alisaie is mad about the wol never resting though
all the prefpro interactions are so interesting
i was definitely uh. told that one lol
every time i see him i'm like. this is the most griffith any character that isn't actually griffith has ever been
yeah... it's kind of weird and alienating reading "bullying is like this" and not seeing yourself in it
boys who bully seem to be generally characterized as themselves socially stunted or outcast in other ways paired with physical aggressiveness, rather than like. exerting social control through a mixture of intimidation and genuine charisma. although maybe that's just a rare prepubescent personality
it's honestly less that and more that boys are said to be less good at social bullying, whereas [redacted] was in total control of the classroom
