I will continue to be baffled by them completely overlooking her first name. If so concerned by “what happened in real life” they should be thrilled with the chemistry between them. I also think there is a demographic of people who only want to see portrayals of young people be passionately in love.

Interviews addressing the CS is precisely what I hope for. Honest interviews. I would LOVE to hear from the writers and producers addressing it. Not sure they are in the habit of doing that though. I think the actors are limited in what they can discuss about their honest feelings, understandably

Sounds like, overall, a pretty uncharacteristic episode. I’m an old so I’ve had my fair share of bated ships that string viewers along. At least they knew they’d get a shitstorm which will be good PR for them. Cool cool.
Yeah… I still truly believe that they are using the next two (last two?) seasons for the slow burn of it all and that it will happen in the end. It just seems a bit contrived for the sake of drama and such. Not thrilled about it. Is the rest of the storyline up to the usual loveliness at least?
I’m putting off watching it. I’m quite bummed.

There’s just no way we go from, “Because they weren’t you,” “The answer is always you,” and, “I’ll always need you,” to “Peace out! I’m going with Dorothy!” Just no way. They know how to hook that anticipation though!
They’re reeaaaally good at editing their trailers. I’m also choosing to believe it would be out of character, so to speak, for an ACGAS episode to devolve into a Dorothy vs. Audrey soap opera.
