I feel this, it's so hard not to get stuck in a loop of questioning everything you're doing! It's like a battle between listening to the note vs gently pushing it aside in the moment in favour of not spiralling lmaoo 😵💫 easier said than done to have faith in these things but it'll all 100% pay off 💪💪
