A wind waker mod where Link is replaced with Kiryu from Yakuza
found the perfect mod
trans lives arenβt a negotiating point or political bargaining chip either; trans people are valuable & beloved, trans people are our community members & trans rights arenβt any less important than anyone elseβs, as all of our rights are intersectional anyways
Nothing is set in stone, but if things are blocked in the future it is going to kill folks this health service claims to represent.
Blood on its hands all because of reviews that are propelled by more bigotry than science. Listen to trans people instead of deciding whether we deserve to exist.
Itβs not surprising that a transphobic health service wants to deal even more harm to trans people.
First blocking treatment access to kids and teens and now theyβre coming for the rest of us. Iβm trying to stay positive I promise but fucking hell itβs difficult lately.
Trans lives matter.
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is the new peak of the series! I've played for over 150 hours and I won't be stopping now just because my review is done.
It's my favourite game of 2026 so far, and you can read about why I love it so much in my review: www.thegamer.com/monster-hunt...
Rhi knocked it out of the park with this one. Iβm far from a Dragon Age super fan but this is such an enthralling read.
Check it out and all the other things we have going up for the 15th anniversary! π
Hey, remember a few weeks ago when I said this game is "a keenly-observed look at young adult life/love in the early 2000s" and also "the writing is exceptional, balancing wry humor with raw emotional honesty?" No? Well, it's still true, except now the game's on sale. SUPPORT INDIE DEVS!
Not a day goes by when Iβm not saying this.
I really enjoyed Planet of Lana 2, it builds well on what the first established and raises the bar:

Resident Evil is sadly no stranger to this sort of trope with its character and monster designs either. It's a lazy way of trying to express fear through an outdated idea of what we shouldn't want our bodies to look like.
EVERYTHING IS AWFUL
Turns out a big depressive episode is a weirdly good time to rewatch every piece of Evangelion media out there. And I'm getting into the manga for the first time as a cherry on top.
Yoko Taro helming the new series brought this fixation back with a vengeance...
I've been jumping between PS5 Pro and trying out path tracing on PC and man it's gorgeous. The evolution we've seen in the RE Engine from RE2 Remake to Requiem is really stunning.
i know why game devs keep doing this with enemy design ("acceptable" target, shouldn't be but it is) and i hope, sometime in my lifetime, it ends. remember the boomer in l4d? what if we gave him a backstory file about how he was trying to lose weight? re: requiem! www.mothership.blog/you-know-wha...
Chris is the best and you should hire them.
Ugh I'm sorry, I saw news of the layoffs and immediately went to check if you were affected.
Here if you wanna chat/shoot the shit β€οΈ
This show is straightbaiting me fml.
king shit.
The Gamer Network acquisition has been such a disaster. So many amazing folks in games media now out of work and the landscape doesn't seem to be getting any better.
Staples of gaming journalism being sliced to pieces trying to pursue traffic goals that just aren't realistic anymore.
Resident Evil Requiem combines utterly terrifying horror with action so ridiculous it had me smiling like a fool.
And somehow, despite some pacing missteps and a couple of irksome flaws, it all works. #ResidentEvilRequiem

SCORE TWINSIES.
The pacing between Leon and Grace isn't as effective as it could be, but it's easy to forgive when their playstyles are so fun.
Leon feels pulled from the most ridiculous moments found in Resi 4 while Grace is more akin to the original game without such excessive camp. They're a perfect pair.
This feels like the formula that Capcom has been chasing for the past decade as it brings games like Village and the remakes together into a singular timeline that just works.
It also has the most realistic spider I've ever seen in a video game so NO THANK YOU.

SEASON ONE DONE.
The finale focusing once again on the idea of protecting your own life and others that are close to you even if itβs so hard to open up and let yourself be vulnerable really hit me. Even in the hardest of circumstances try to keep on going β€οΈ
The sense of place is wonderful, the dialogue is endearingly cringe, and I want to see where this goes just so long as our nostalgia for such a core queer story isnβt abused for the wrong reasons.
Crossing my fingers! π€π³οΈβπ
I love how they talk about their break-up like mature adults while still clearly harbouring immense feelings for one another, but I hope the story isnβt just building up to another choice of Max having to choose between Chloe or a community sheβs come to love.
Reunion needs to be more than that.
