A comic featuring my ocs, Krieg and Hale, as well as other party member characters. In the first, Octavel (a middle-aged Elezen man with brown hair) is kneeling in front of Leodaire (young ginger Hyuran man) and Vallerin (young dark haired Elezen man). They appear to be holding a plank form during this part of their training session. Leo: Damn, Rin. You're struggling already? You'd do well to start bracing yourself lest I win! Rin, straining: Who - ...who said something about winning?! This is... torture... we all lose with this... Octavel: I don't think you have the history to be talking so big, Leo. And with Oak here, I doubt you'll be "winning" at a strength exercise anytime soon.
The angle shifts to now show that Hale (a large Roegadyn man with pale blonde hair) is in line with the other two, performing a plank as well. His necklace to Nophica hangs low off his neck. Leo: Ha... full confident am I that I'll outlast him! The trick however - and Rin, listen up - the trick is making sure I'm prepared when he collapses and shakes the base! Hale, with his eyes closed in concentration, smiles and laughs: Y'such a bastard. I hope if that happens, th'tremble is so strong it makes y'fall flat on y'face and busts that cocky smile right off. Leo: I'd still win! The ladies of all classes love a man with bumps and scars! I'll say I... felled a great Behemoth!
The scene zooms out to show them all in line inside the base training grounds. In the distance, another party of knights stand to receive orders. Next to them, Krieg stands with two chirurgeons, a mentor and her apprentice. Krieg's attention seems to suddenly be grabbed by the workout happening nearby. Octavel: Alright, alright, enough messing around you two! Rin, you're doing great but check your foot position.

😭🧡 Thank you! I think there are so many great things that can be captured in solo shots too, but gosh yeah I've been so into photosets lately. Seeing scenes set up to capture a specific place or feel, and then getting to watch how a char "moves" is just sooooo OUGH ITS SO GOOD

Set about 20ish years ago. N'ami (30 Yrs Old) stands with her blade outstretched and protecting her younger self (10); but it appears that younger N'ami is trying to stop herself from fighting. In this particular scene, she is protecting her tribe from unwanted 'guests'. Younger N'ami finds it painful to see the destruction, but she's begging her older self to place the blade down. Younger N'ami's eyes are filled with tears, concerned that this will only make her slip even further from healing. N'ami's blade has always been guided by other forces and never herself, so this is a very difficult piece/pose to make 💔
