It's interesting to read some of the research in this area.
Friends & I were just reflecting yesterday on the challenges being the first generation, really, to be bringing our teens up in this digital world (digital natives vv residents).
Trying out BlueSky as an alternative to previously loved Twitter.. where I enjoyed networking with and learning from people interested in improving health in general and neurological conditions in particular.
Also books, good food, kindness and running
