if you want a longer, slower course broken up into smaller segments (which I actually recommend anyway) then you can't really go wrong with CGCookie. their "Blender Basics" videos are the spiritual successor to the fundamentals course the foundation released that I learned from a few years back

In Vermillion, with a beautiful skyline of heart-shaped clouds and magical waterfalls, Liege and Ruby address each other. Liege looks somewhat sardonic as he looks snarkily to Ruby over her shoulder, and she looks back up at him with wistful sympathy. They both remark, "Honestly...? I feel sorry for you." In a second panel, Liege recoils with a Dracula-like posture of shock, snarling, as Ruby smiles with the same sad edge as before, as they again, both make the same remark at the same time: "...YOU feel sorry for ME?!"
