Had the weirdest call tonight at work. A father called to ask me how to proceed after his 13yo son had accidentally taken a dose of the father’s Sildenafil 50mg prescription. He was somewhat graphic about the state of his son’s condition.

Have you had an MRI before? I have had to have few. They will offer music. I suggest House music with the oonce oonce beat. The sound of the MRI machine is loud and erratic, so it actually blends with the house music sound. I hope it goes smoothly for you.

It’s fine. This completely inappropriate therapy is exactly what the prescriber wanted - it has nothing to do with (I hope) EPIC skills.
What is the highest dose you have prescribed/dispensed of Quetiapine? (know that the manf max recommended dose is 800mg/day)
