Well, it's part of Din Djarin's journey of discovery that love for his chosen family (Grogu) is a higher calling than notions like honour (which is the thing that keeps cultists' helmets on). So we can predict that "love trumps all" will be a theme if he's going to spend time without his helmet.

Yeah. Research shows we see the same rates of interpersonal violence in same gender relationships as in opposite gender relationships, so it's not about gender. Violence is about power and control (which may have gendered socialization, but it's not about gender inherently).
