Easy. That's 43 per half.
Easy. That's 43 per half.
🤣 So what, France just have to beat England 80-0?
This is ****ing awesome.
...for AMOC to have played no part. And this was a 30% drop, not a shutdown.
I've got no intention of becoming a prepper or spreading panic, but the data on AMOC are indicating a slowdown spread across decades.
Looks like that film isn't as outlandish as it seemed 20+ years ago.
And go to 3:10. This was a completely natural set of circumstances and "only" dropped AMOC output by 30%. But the following December was the coldest in a 100 years in the UK, and in New York sea levels rose by 13cm. Not necessarily all down to AMOC but it seems to be too coincidental...
Remember that ridiculous 2004 Roland Emmerich movie, The Day After Tomorrow? It was laughable right? Tornados in LA, ice covering the northern hemisphere etc.
Well...

So @backblaze.bsky.social is making available a download of π to the 314 trillionth decimal place. Cool, I thought, as I clicked the link to download.

Mayor Wilson in jacket and running clothes surrounded by snowy plants
First snow day as mayor! Great to start it with a morning run through our beautiful Arboretum.
💯
Sadly in these 2 cases the rags are made from old Gucci suits thrown in the trash by Bradley and Martin
It's heart warming when I see how Barney Walsh and Ronan Kemp have worked so hard to build their careers from nothing, and the fact their respective dads may have been involved in popular culture and/or Spandau Ballet has nothing to do with it.
@rj07thomas.bsky.social 🥳
"If I was joking, I would say Italy just beat England 23-18 in the 6 Nations"
8th March 2026: me, an armchair pundit, gives my verdict on England's disastrous 6 Nations 2026 campaign:
Repeat everything Chris Ashton said about Wales verbatim but replace every instance of the word 'Wales' with 'England'
9th February 2026: Chris Ashton, former England Rugby Union international, gives his opinion on Wales' poor performance in the opener against England:
😂
Orly? Sport should offer respite from the very real problems of the world.
I'm not getting much relief!
@jhaskins.bsky.social jeez, we think Spurs have problems. Apparently the entire rugby infrastructure of western Europe is in total disarray.
...would now cycle between Eng & Fra in perpetuity.
Oh dear.
...while Sco & Ire slaughtered England.
I've got no idea about France. I thought they'd walk it.
But one piece of Schadenfreude I like: someone like Dawson hinted at the start that the new, shrunken timescale "would benefit teams with more depth of players", blatantly hinting that the 6N...
Regardless of what happens against Italy, Steve Tandy's job is: you have 18 months to stop the World Cup being a car crash.
Italy seem to be on a decent trajectory.
The other 4....? Erratic doesn't even begin to cover it. Wales have made Sco and Ire sweat a bit, but Eng slaughtered Wal...
And yet NZ "find" players like Dan Carter, who could have played either cricket or rugby (sickening tbh 😂)
Matt Dawson always thinks England will win everything.
What all of the pro-Elland pundits forget is that England probably has a bigger population than Irl, Wal, Sco & Ita combined. They *should* be good with that population difference.
We're gonna need a bigger supercomputer
No, you wouldn't put money into that man's pocket
😂🤣
