Yesterday we did a team #oceanCANDY away day - our last “away day” was to the connecting building to give talks so this was a vast improvement

Recently I started an ECR journal club at the Lyell with @bengustafson.bsky.social to bring together postdocs, PhDs and research assistants to talk papers and also meet other ECRs in the building. Sometimes we provide pizza too, always helps with attendance 🍕
