“Pirouettes Into The Ceiling” is about the overall grief I experienced after finding out I’m AUDHD. Particularly the feeling of wanting to cease to exist without actually dying.
“Invisible Paperwork” is about my anger with the US healthcare system, especially when it comes to the lack of care aimed at people with mental health issues.
“Arrows Aimed Slightly South” touches on hyperfixation cycles, particularly skin picking, as a coping mechanism, and difficulties with eye contact
“Stop Motion Hourglass” is about the physical dangers of autistic and the burn out that inevitably follows.
