do they work in tech?? there are almost no homes in LA under 1mil and they all sell for over asking by a lot. I'm sure there are investors/hedge funds etc. but like...there are multiple developments where the average house is ONE POINT SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS. WHO IS BUYING THESE
