Update - so happy to report my bud is doing so much better! I said many prayers for him!! The vet had told me that nothing could be done for his back but somehow he gained his strength back. I know our time is limited but thankful to spend another Christmas with him!!

I really do not respect any slumlord and try to keep our properties like I would like to live in. It’s bad when they do not even tell you the roof is leaking. We have some great renters but these few make it hard to keep going!
So many people complain about the price of rentals but try being the property owner. Not only do you have insurance, taxes, and loan payments but here is what some people choose to leave you with. I will say this is the minority but it is getting worse.

I found a beautiful old door at an antique store that we restored for our greenhouse. It was somewhere around 100 years old. I did not even realize it had engraving in it when we bought it.
