I’d be okay with an independent board composed of former judges with the power to impose criminal penalties for undermining democracy, but I’m not going to say I have a perfect solution in 300 characters. That’s why we need to be talking about this!

We can make that determination! We are people, we make laws! There is no inherent “legal framework of the universe!” We already have multiple independent oversight boards in our government!
