Just about to tackle number 5 now. Itβs numbed the senses a little.
I donβt see a motivated squad of players. Howe has to be the one to motivate from the top.
Please heal me

I read the first line as you rating Pope as a 10 and figured it was sarcasm. Either way itβs a shocking performance.
3 great wins across 3 different competitions inside 8 days. That Brentford game is really starting to look like a major turning/low point in our season. Excited to see if we can maintain this positive period. #nufc
Shearer did the same thing against Sheffield Wednesday back in 1999. Paul Robinson won us a 2nd penalty and wanted to take it himself. Shearer stepped in to take it and scored his 5th of the game.
Doesnβt sound great when you put it that way but the overall goal should be to put as much emphasis back on the referees original decision and leave it up to the opposition to challenge something they donβt agree with.
How would it differ from the current game? VAR decisions stop the game from resuming when the ball goes into touch. Only difference would be VAR not intervening and only being used when a captain asks to review a decision.

Yeah too sensible for football now that I think about it.
Thereβs plenty taken from rugby too. The transparency when the ref is micβd up but more importantly the respect all players show to the referee. No crowding the ref and no back-chat. Accept the decision and get on with the game.
Absolutely. The quality of umpiring has improved since its introduction. It sides with the original decision in the instances of close calls and brings about a nice bit of suspense when a decision is then reviewed.
I donβt understand why they donβt use VAR in the same way they use DRS in cricket. If a player feels the ref has made an incorrect decision then they can challenge it. 2 appeals/reviews per team per half. #NUFC #VAR
Incredibly frustrating to hear journalists ask Eddie Howe the same question over and over again. His response to the first transfer window applied to every other question after it. #NUFC
He was great last night. The best weβve seen him in years.
Trying to block out that miserable game #nufc
He is terrible!
Canβt imagine many people bought a shirt with his name on the back.
Brian Kerr. 9 appearances so not very well known even for the #nufc nerds
Another very obscure newcastle player but itβs not right
A great shout and a name Iβve not heard in a long long time but itβs not right.
So close. Itβs his brother Sammy.
Letβs see how many #NUFC fans can name this player? Took me way longer than I would have liked.
I feel like that might have been his last game for us which will be incredibly sad
Iβve just had mine underpinned. Really pleased to have to spend thousands and thousands just so we can move out.
Deleting as many Guinness as possible in hope that Iβll feel better. #NUFC
Bruno cannot play against Paqueta. Happens every time.
He still knows Iβm his starting position is confirmed because Barnes is barely knocking on the door.
Walked into this game expecting an easy win. No energy and no fight.
