Scarlet Nexus (Yuito Sumeragi Route)
A game that has some kickass gameplay, and a story that's also kinda good at parts but isn't as strong as I think it could have been in the middle.
Also phenomenal soundtrack, like PHENOMINAL

Persona 3 Portable (Remaster)
It was definitely Persona 3.
While the story did click with me eventually, it just took a BIT too long to do that for me.
Still pretty enjoyable though.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge
good game and a decent beat em up
Trying to not be nagging you about this but I did put down the questions in the response to this comment.
Proud to announce that I will be at Zenkaikon again this year, with some panels under my belt too.
A panel on Umamusume and a full panel about Okamiden.
If there's any advice you could give to someone playing Okamiden for the first time (Or first time in 11 years in my case) what would it be?
There's probably more to ask about but these are the main ones I wanted to ask.
How difficult was it researching the various references to Japanese Mythology in the game? I remember in your LP that you mentioned (If my memory serves me right) that a lot of the references weren't documented very well prior to your LP.
What exactly about Okamiden don't you like looking back on it?
Did the heavy research into the Japanese Mythological references play a part in how you look back on your experience with the game itself?
I also wanted to ask a few questions for you about the game since I remember you saying you don't remember the game very fondly outside of it's soundtrack after Okami's Sequel got announced at the game awards.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Hey @chuggaaconroy.bsky.social I'm currently working on a panel about Okamiden for Zenkaikon in March and was wondering if I would be good to use some of your gameplay footage for the panel since I cannot easily record gameplay of the game myself?
I just want everyone to know that playing this game while high may be one of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life.
I'm not playing Jump scare mansion again...for now anyways.
Peep the schedule for the rest of the week. Most of the streams from here on out will be games I've never played before.
Streams on Saturday & Sunday are entirely dependent on whether or not I get snow.
I might have not been in the best mood playing it then lol.
Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil (Remaster)
More of the same from the original game, although I feel like it's magic is kinda lost playing it immediately after the first game. Liked the boarding sections a lot but otherwise I just kinda think it's okay, still very charming though.
Klonoa: Door to Phantomile (Remaster)
An endearing platformer beautifully remastered. Think there was a bit of a difficulty spike in terms of the platforming near the end, but a very comfy game that I highly recommend.
Daemon X Machina
Great game overall, but I feel like it's a bit too repetitive in it's gameplay loop.
Still enjoyed my time with it, may just not be the best fit for me.
Although it's sequel looks VERY fun from what I've seen of it.
Hi-Fi Rush
What a damn good game, cool as hell artstyle, great combat, killer soundtrack, and also funny as can be.
Fuck microsoft.
Starting a new game from the backlog, join me with some Hi-Fi Rush

Batman: Arkham City
While I did, IDK Enjoy my time, I think it did drag on a bit in some parts. It's pacing is ass in some parts. Still a big upgrade from Arkham Asylum.
Yellow Taxi Goes Vroom
It's peak, just so god damn good.
Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition
While still a great and phenomenal game...it easily peaks in quality during Mechonis Core & after that I just kinda wanted to get it over with. Still a masterful work of art, just has multiple smaller issues that make it the weakest in the trilogy
ALFERIA MEDIA THREAD 2026 LES GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Christmas Twister
I watched this high off my balls and then, AND ONLY THEN, was it enjoyable for all the wrong reasons.
South Park: The Fractured But Whole
It's a south park game that works and ends exactly how you would think a plot that makes no damn sense would end.
Metroid Zero Mission
It's good.
Tales of Xillia 2:
While I did enjoy my time with this, it's not anywhere close to Xillia one for the SOLE reason that there's too much fluff. The debt system SPECIFICALLY is what I'm referring to here.
Tales of Xillia (Milla Maxwell Route)
Yeah it's peak, unsure if I like it more than graces f but I'll replay through that at some point.
Get the remaster at the end of the month if you don't have it on PS3 already
A Silent Voice (Rewatch):
A masterpiece, plain and simple, please watch this, I beg of everyone who follows me
INCOMING REPOSTS FROM THE TWITTER THREAD:
Bakugan: Defenders of the core (PS3):
Pretty damn good game all things considered; not the best beat em up, but for a licensed game, it's pretty good.
Just finished a video, so now I'm back to streaming, we are starting Tales Of Xillia 2!
