This is bang on. Even leaving
issues with accessibility, worse contrast and all that aside, it doesn’t actually do anything better but is certainly more fiddly. If anything, it reminds me of one of those overtuned themes people who used to jailbreak their phones used to slap on.

One of the most miserable things about the protest today in London is the media narrative of a huge, record-breaking crowd. Whereas the anti-Brexit marches regularly and peacefully got 100s of thousands more people - in one case an estimated crowd of a million - and yet about 10% of the coverage 😡

I have been an iPhone/iPad/Mac/Apple Watch user for years. I know they’re not perfect, but nothing has seriously made me consider moving to alternative platforms more than Liquid Glass. It’s ubiquitous, distracting, and far too strong a personal preference to be a non-optional look.

This is the sort of wrong problem, wrong solution mentality that would have sought to ban hedges back in the day when people used to find pages from jazz mags shoved in them.

Could be hayfever. Pollen count is still horrific even if cloudy, and sometimes wearing sunglasses everywhere is all that keeps me from wanting to rip out my own eyeballs.
