Daniel could sleep 12 hours and still feel tired, its all the accumulated sleep debt.

Charlie can function pretty well on 7-8 hours of sleep.

Nina is a night owl that can function on 5 hours of sleep. If they feel tired, they can just take naps throughout the day.
