Both references are a bit obscure though, so I would probably just go with “crinkled”
A turned wooden bowl with a lip that has been intentionally left unfinished
In woodworking, leaving the lip of a turned bowl its natural form creates a “live” edge
Stacks of untrimmed paper showing their crinkled edges
In paper making, leaving pages untrimmed results in a “deckle edge” (from the “deckle” frame the pulp is pressed in)
