My ability to refactor and clean code was always one of the strong points I listed in interviews, but holy fuck, I can now make a living out of that. I should start looking for B2B jobs as a slop cleaner or something.

This is the kind of moments when I see that the fucking AIs can't take my job. THE FIX WERE TWO LINES!
A bug that could have been fixed and merged in five minutes took an hour thanks to having to navigate and understand that slop before pulling the gun and reverting all that shit.
My job is safe.

Today I fixed a bug. Very simple, removing a string conversion that was wrong and we didn't need as the object was more useful.
But, there was already a fix merged, implemented via vibe coding. It was 120+ lines add implemented the conversion back via parsing and error handling.
I cried.

I love how I did learn a single new mechanic in every first few runs. I love the concept. The snake but reactive and dynamic, but well rounded with tools to deal with the hazards. Very engaging.

Little intermission, I can´t understand the controller bug. In the SteamDeck everything work flawlessly, but in my PC every game is not picking it, but the menu does.
I tried same Proton and everything. I don't know what it could but I guess that I will continue full SD.
