a quince branch being held in front of of the camera with lots of roots growing from the bottom of the branch
a quince branch planted into a big pot on a deck. there are other plants in pots in the background and a black labrador peeking at the camera too
finally planted one of them into a big pot today and gosh i hope she keeps growing!! they’re the really bright greeny/yellow smooth quinces with incredible fragrance, during quince season i love to have a bowl of them on the table just to look at them and smell them

plants are so amazing, we had to knock down a beautiful quince at the pottery so i ripped some branches off but then internet told me propagating this type of quince is super difficult so i just chucked the sticks into a pot full of rainwater on the deck and the bloody things grew like crazy
thank you! definitely some improvements to make but for first tests i’m very happy

the idea actually started with christmas tree decorations, but yes i reckon fridge magnets and maybe some brooches and earrings… lots of possibilities!
