Yeah I found a Figma PM left a comment about Make/MCP integration but I wasn't clear about the capability of it, whether it will let you reference a design file using MCP and also lookup Code Connect and use your own React components
Submitted to the "Suggest a feature" forum: forum.figma.com/suggest-a-fe...
So @figma.com Figma Make AI can't access your Figma file directly OR use any Code Connect mapping?
I'm really disappointed the input in Figma Make is limited to text/image.
Seems bonkers we can't provide a direct link to a page/selection/node like we can in Figma MCP. Hope this is on the roadmap
Time is almost up!
Happy Monday, system nerds. You have until Wed at Noon EST to answer The Core Sample (an industry-wide, #designsystem pulse survey).
I want to hear how you're doing. π
We'll unpack it at The Redwoods Quarterly, but we need your help to make it happen.

Screenshot of Notebook LLM automatically naming a design token JSON snippet to be about US economy and covid-19
Experimenting with Notebook LLM, pasted a JSON snippet of some #designtoken data and the generated source name surprised me:
"Economic Impact of COVID-19 on the US Economy"

Next steps, a neck tattoo and writing everyone's name on their mug and getting it wrong
Stickers and sticker charts ftw
I wrote about design system documentation. It may be one of, if not the most important thing a team can doβas long as the documentation is good.

I often share this one about design system rules, the reference is getting old already

I like this new Chrome update, letting me know how long I've left these tabs open. I'm usually hitting triple digits with tabs on mobile π
A. I thought of it as the colour intensity, lighter end is less intense
Probably MSN Messenger or ICQ
