Similarly, I was a bit stumped by the tree having those colorful leaves until realizing that, well, those aren't leaves at all but, actually, wool from the two sheep! Very cute detail.
While it looks adorable, this one does have a few oddities: for starters, the windmill can be turned to activate a millstone, something which isn't possible in vanilla Minecraft, but is likely intended as a wink towards the Create mod.
