A bit savage sometimes (in a good way) posting a bit of random staff that always makes me chuckle.
Well, the line cant always go up. but tehy do everything they can to make it go up as long as they can, before taking a nosedive.
One needs to put food on their plate, but Hoyo is already a mega corporation, so damn loaded, why WHY do they need more...? It just doesn't get into my head.
When I was learning about group of interests in my studies, I always found "investors" irritating, they have so, so much power besides having no experience or further Involvement besides throwing money. Its necessary to support projects, but the goal, making more money, ruins it, taints it.
That looks very serene and lovely. No surprise the game couldn't handle it.
This is so irritating. They are, as much as as I dislike gotcha games, absolutely amazing at creating creative media. They are really good, and I listen to their soundtracks on a regular basis. They make so much money, why not put it into their actual employes to create more amazing work???

Im a bit bias and very focused on the impact it has on the job market. I feel my future, work related, already slip past me. Very fun feeling.
I think I owe it the people impacted to look more into the environmental aspect. I read plenty of articles about it... I still dont know enough.
With the sue of AI I refer to the upscale nonsense, the background generating and the Gemini AI Photoshop started including in their recent beta. It is to mention that some AI processes relieve of work.
Like selecting and isolating a person from a background.
I like editing a lot, and it is something I can make use of as an extra skill in my field of work. Well, I thought that much, I already see the respect for editors eroding and its humiliating.
I enjoy the process of editing a lot, and I dont understand how people feel accomplished by using AI.

Imagine compensating artists and designers for their work?
Nah, riding of their collected knowledge and pretend its worth nothing is the way to go.

Me working my butt off while editing, try to learn the softwares and processes and use assets that are accesible for my ressources... Ngl the new PS AI tool is another crush for designers who provide editing as a service... I remember working diligently at work... its been a handful of years.
