The Mind is very programmable, sometimes, it can’t differentiate a truth from a lie.

If you tell yourself a lie often enough, you’ll come to believe it as true.

This is important to note because, we can train our mind to begin to fear failure less and begin to view failure as a learning opportunity and an opportunity to try again.

You failed at an activity, a class, an exam etc.

Take that as an opportunity to learn again and try again.

Maybe you need to fail multiple times at a thing before succeeding.

You’ve gotta ask yourself, what’s the essence of speed, if you’re running in the wrong direction ?

Direction > Speed

Hands up, hearts open, wide as the sky,

Lord you’re lifted on high.

Let every other name fade away

I agree, especially communication, that’s being able to pass ideas to management and colleagues

2020 was actually a good year for me.

That was the turning point in my tech journey.

It was the year I zeroed down on mastering Django and building backend applications on the web.

Top tier year for reals.

Honestly, it might be too early, but I think I like the vibe here.

Just wondering, how do folks handle DOM updates for the user after a new build has been issued.

Ex; user still runs an older version on the browser, but you already have a fix in the new build.

How do you update the DOM for that user?

Do you write a script to force log out every one logged in?

I’d be happy to

I noticed this on threads app, that reputation is actually transferable.

You build on one platform, when You get to another platform, it might be easier to build there.

I’m actually looking forward to exploring more of Machine Learning/Computer Vision and NLP in the coming months.

I’d really love to share my journey.

Is it just me? Or I don’t like to do major deployments on Fridays?

Or even make deployments on demo day.

I honestly don’t like surprises when I’m presenting my work before stakeholders.

This is true, I realized that people would make a decision when they’ve been reminded about a thing multiple times.

I totally agree with this.

It’s easy to try to quit everything and focus to buy back time.

Until you buy back that time and you realize that what you lacked isn’t more time.

It’s more focus.
