an in-progress pencil linework drawing on watercolor paper for a commission. the illustration is of a small rectangular box full of rolls of washi tape. some of the rolls are floating or unraveling on their own, the 2D patterns on them peeling off and coming to life. in the bottom right corner, an airplane flies off one of the tapes, breaking the image border.

a drawing in my sketchbook done in black fountain pen ink. it's a full body drawing of a disheveled youth with messy hair in a lolita fashion outfit playing an electric guitar. the multi-tiered skirt has layers of tulle, ruffles with unfinished, thread-loose edges and the shoes are leather combat boots with frilled leather accents and large stitch detailing; both of these are based on Atelier Pierrot designs. the blouse is sheer black lace with pleated accents at the shoulders, flowy sleeves, pearl hold-trimmed buttons and overeallheavily patterned with ovals, flowers and dots. framing the figure are scattered tiny flowers and a border of loopy, scratchily drawn barbed wire topped with a large ribbon.

a mirror selfie. i'm wearing a Lolita fashion outfit borrowed from and styled by dear friends including: a chess-themed, black and white pinstripe + diamond patterned Alice and the Pirates OP, trimmed with black lace at the cuffs and hem, cinched at the waist with a brown leather belt with dark brass clasps shaped like elegant folded hands, a chain necklace with a crown dangling at the end of it, a round, brimless 60s-style black velvet hat worn at an angle.
