First is Monty... or Montana. We have more info on them than the others due to their frequent bouts of anti-authority, meaning that we do have a good track record on what they're like: Hot-headed, impulsive, and to put it bluntly, a street punk. We've been trying to investigate Outside Influences for a while now - essentially, those who like to tamper and play with the laws of reality like papier-mâché. It's clear to us that what happened during the hijack was definitely not the work of a single entity, but aside from that we don't know much about them, and so any encounters are treated with utmost caution. I'd advise you do the same. We truly don't know what they're capable of, let alone if they're able to be reasoned with. Over the course of the next few months, I'll be sending you whatever info we could dig up about them, seldom it may be. I wish you luck, Investigator.
