Rise and Represent is hosting a PowWow on the Capitol this July 4th 12 p.m.
This event is a call to action for Land Back, Sovereignty for All Tribes, and 2SLGBTQIA+ Rights. Advocate for Native rights, Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW), Children (MMIC), and Relatives (MMIR).
@jeanettevizguerra has been unjustly detained since March 17th, after being taken outside her workplace. She is a pillar of the Denver community.
These protests have been happening regularly on Monday’s, please show up and join the chorus of voices pleading for her release.
Juneteenth is a celebration of liberation and a reminder that our work isn’t done. We’re proud to march and celebrate alongside community today in Denver.

Perception is often shaped by internal biases. Truth is many of the people who joined were complete strangers to the party prior. And they have been welcomed with open arms.
We welcomed many newcomers at Reorg, all with their own opinions. Some of them are already contributing to newsletters, social media, and leadership roles. A person must be affiliated with the Democratic Party to have a leadership role though. So do you suspect it had to do with affiliation?
