With England now proceeding with institutionalised conversion therapy through government policy it is now indefensible for the Scottish Government not to proceed with its own ban independently.

We must protect LGBTQ+ people here and provide a safe harbour.

Medical transition for trans kids is now banned for new referrals on the NHS. Trans kids in the UK can still go private or DIY (for now).

This means the new clinics that replaced GIDS are close to useless at best, conversion therapy at worst. 1/5

Fire on union st, currently destroying buildings from the side entrance of Central Station through to Gordon st

The Union St fire is so intense, it's hard to say just what devastation it will bring to the City Centre yet.

I hope we will see this eventually under control, & urgent discussions by all levels of Government & owners to assist rebuilding a true cornerstone of Scotland's busiest railway station 💚
