nothing makes me feel closer to being a caveman than having a tummy full of warm soup
One of the things I love most of all is learning that a person isn’t a hugger or even really a hand-shaker and giving them a fist bump or even just a knowing nod the next time I meet them.
One of the best ways we love people is by hearing them.

just learned that my 55 year old coworker chooses to wash her hands before she flushes the toilet. that never occurred to me as a possibility—but at least she washed her hands i guess
my break room at work is so small that i unfortunately can hear my coworkers’ bathroom etiquette loud and clear anytime i’m at lunch. worst of all is that they can’t hold it for 45 minutes to leave me alone
if i had a nickel for every time i passed out while taking my wife to the ER, i would have 2 nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it has happened twice

The Stonewall Inn released a response to the National Parks Service removing the word transgender from the park outside of the Inn. A great reminder that we have to look after each other
