I don't do a lot of ADHD talk in general because I frankly find the online environment for it annoying, misinformed and infantilizing (or rife with 'you're perfect the way you are' toxic positivity) much of the time. This has come up so frequently tho that I needed to finally say something.
For many of us ADHD is debilitating. It is not cutesy uwu wigglebrains like some dipshit internet personality might make it out to be. It's *a disability*. It can cause days upon days of complete inaction, senseless hoarding, and a host of other severe interpersonal problems.
