I miss her a lot today.

I got got last night by a pile of laundry in my hallway having the vaguest of tortie color patterns that made me think she was still here for a split second.

(I didn't know the gentleman I was referring to yesterday personally, but a coworker spoke with him often, said he was a nice man, and felt what I could only guess was exasperation at these people working until they drop instead of enjoying what's left of their lives.)
