Painted on a rectangular surface with rounded corners. Casting her arms wide, a sorceress summons an emerald serpent that explodes out of the ocean in front of her. The serpent, mouth open, fangs bared, locks eyes on her as it coils to strike. Her white gown is drenched to transparency. She has no defense but her arts, yet she stands undaunted on a small outcrop of rock jutting up from roiling waters.

The paint for this came from a leftover palette. Most of the earth tones had dried up but the blues, turquoises, and greens looked okay. 1/3
