*Whoops, I meant 'not at all what he is in the book'
I thought it was a good film, but it wasn't true to the book. The monster was turned into a bulletproof superhero, which is not at all what he is in the film.
In its own right, it's a good film though. Still prefer the book.

Can you imagine if Russia had killed 165 Ukrainian schoolgirls? Or if Hamas had killed 165 Israeli schoolgirls? Or if Iran had killed 165 American schoolgirls?
The outrage would, rightly, be off the charts. It'd be spoken about for years.
But when the US killed 165 Iranian schoolgirls... Silence.

Keir Starmer saying "we have learned the lessons of Iraq" and refusing to join in the illegal, unprovoked and utterly insane US-Israeli war against Iran is the only time I can say have been impressed by Keir Starmer. The man finally grew a spine and stood up for something.

Congratulations!
Saying Starmer is not a racist, genocidal drunkard is probably the greatest compliment Starmer has ever received. π
Thank you π€²π½
Thanks Wendy
It's still built on the theft and bad for the environment whatever you use it for.
Thank you
Oh, I see... Is it a 'police action' like Vietnam? π
It's a no from me.
AI, LLMs in particular, is built on stolen human creativity and is absolutely horrendous for the planet (the energy it consumed is sickening).
They're beautiful, thank you. I've just planted some seeds too.

Visited the cemetery today for the first time in a while. The weather hasn't been great for months, to be fair. Can't believe it's going to have been a whole year tomorrow...
