The staircases of Marbury Hall, near #Northwich, just before demolition in 1969. The house had been a home, country club, base for the Army, a POW camp & temporary housing for ICI workers. No wonder it had its share of wear & tear.

Phillipson accuses lawyers of exploiting parents of children with special needs Education secretary claims lawyers’ criticisms of her department’s policy changes are motivated by profit

What is supremely daft about this line of attack from Phillipson is that any lawyer motivated by profit would not be acting in special needs cases.

There are far more lucrative areas for any lawyer motivated by profit.

This generation of children will never forgive us for this.

They will particularly not forgive us if we took all their social media away - which was problematic but at least conversation with real people - and pushed them toward AI chatbots.

I’ve seen a fair amount of people understand how an air strike could lead to someone hatefully trying to take revenge on diaspora Jews, but are unable to understand how that also then leads to Jews believing Zionism as the only option.

Until you understand the cyclical nature of hate, it’ll persist

5/ And on the Strait of Hormuz, they had NO PLAN. I can't go into more detail about how Iran gums up the Strait, but suffice it say, right now, they don't know how to get it safely back open.

Which is unforgiveable, because this part of the disaster was 100% foreseeable.

4/ Ok, so what ARE the goals? It seems, primarily, destroying lots of missiles and boats and drone factories.

But the question that stumped them: what happens when you stop bombing and they restart production?

They hinted at more bombing. Which is, of course, endless war.

2/ Maybe the lead is that the war goals DO NOT involve destroying Iran's nuclear weapons program. This is, uh...surprising...since Trump says over and over this is a key goal.

But then of course we already know air strikes can't wipe out their nuclear material.
