The irony is that I have spent my adult life being self sufficient, not wanting to bother people with my problems, and after being betrayed in a relationship, I buried my self even more, into a hole of solitude

Andy: Hello Sarah, that’s a good picture of you, it looks like you’re relaxed and enjoying yourself.
I’m on a new medication and one of the Side Effects was possible increase in heart rate, well luckily I didn’t have that, BUT it made me drowsy and I feel asleep during staff meeting at work 😳😳😳

Andy: Hello Sarah, Thanks, that really means a lot to me, I have grown up not wanting to bother people about my problems, but it’s nice having someone who is willing to listen to me ramble on.
Give dill a head rub for me.
I have been doing extra meditations, and mindfulness exercises myself. ☺️

Andy: Hello Sarah, I’m sure I have, my father was quite the Blueberry lover, so I’m sure he had some for us to enjoy in muffins, pancakes or just to munch on.

Skittles: On this #FlashbackFriday here is a Picture of Little-Bit from when the Big Guy lived in a small cottage on some family property 🏡
Sadly she was only with us for three years
2009-2012 before she passed away from Cancer 😿💔
She was my Best Furrend, me and the Big Guy miss her.

I have already gotten new medications to add to my collection, and I have 4 more doctors/specialists visits in the next several weeks. 🩺💊🩻
