Saw an interim therapist in my journey to find a more permanent fit. Interim therapist has ruled out ADHD and ASD. They do think (and agree) that I might have C-PTSD.
Felt to go get some sort of professional opinion that validated my suspicions. Now I have a more firm path to take ๐ฅ
