I am seriously only on the dumpster fire formerly known as Twitter still because a number of the LBGTQ+ artists I follow on there don't have accounts on here yet.
I'm reminded of The Forever Winter, a game set in a future where this isn't hyperbole. The world was eaten by the climate crisis we didn't address, people are basically seen as meat robots, and a war rages that nobody remembers starting. Let's not make FW real

No joke thought this was The Forver Winter art on first glance. Which is fitting.
The problem isn't as simple as #ACAB. To quote my ex-cop uncle "the good ones burn out so fast because so many people need help. The bad ones, especially the military wash outs... they tend to stick around for a while."

Recently had to give the boot to gaming buddy I've known 5 years. Why? Because he couldn't not say terrible things about people he's never met and got mad we didn't want to listen.

Fun fact: I radicalized myself. I was building a society for these 7ft tall anthro wolves in a book. They don't believe in money, always put people first, could be harsh but were always fair. I went to find a name for it. I realized I'd made socialism. My hero was a hero because he was socialist.
It's funny how all the heroes that are just flat good, if you look reeeeaaly close, have a thin paint of Capitalism over socialist ideals.
