Absolutely. In my case there’s a pre
extant dopamine processing disorder that’s evident due to Parkinsonism/dystonia linked to EDS. So my combo makes sense bc, along with LDopa, it’s tx multiple things. I only began thinking about the ADHD connection recently when feeling fed up too. Solidarity.

Just a random comment, maybe not helpful, but I think I’ve been obliquely treating ADHD with bupropion and ativan, both of which have been implicated in possible forms of ME symptom reduction in different ways, for a long time. Unintentionally.

Can you say more about that? His emails? Either post or DM? I’m wondering if what is being called periodic paralysis is the same/related to/different from adult onset (dopa responsive) dystonia, a name patients have basically invented but some neurologists are adopting, esp outside big hospitals.
