what are the main vibes of someone you meet that either raises a spidey sense of friend or walk away?

the only education that was worth anything was my high school one. especially senior year. i had to write four 4-page papers each semester for English class. looking back that was the game changer.

i think contemplative prayer is a practice in helping someone be present. to accept what's happening now without thinking back or looking ahead.

it's one of those things where when you meet someone who "gets it" you just feel it rather than know it. there's been a lot of people trying to explain it, but it's so much more experiential.
