Khaishan will always be torn on this matter. He comes from tribal unity, and he wants to share that feeling with others as much as he can, but his experiences in Eorzea and beyond have left him somewhat of a recluse. He only truly feels comfortable at home with his tribe.

Very high. Khaishan will endure any kind of punishment, often to the point of not even realizing just how serious it is. Doubly so if he's protecting someone.
If his allies don't notice that something is wrong with him, he will keel over of exhaustion because he forces himself to keep going.

Very clumsily. Khaishan always tries, but rarely succeeds, and often it boils down to making them food in the end. If no cooking is available, he'll try his best be present, but his own emotional maturity is not high enough to properly comfort someone, so he's a silent presence more.

Whenever someone points out his failings. Khaishan is very bad at reflecting on himself, and requires someone to point out his flaws to him. Momodi Modi of the Quicksand was the first to do this openly, chastising him when he was beginning his life as an adventurer in Eorzea.

By making the trip home. Khaishan will use the Aetheryte network to go back to the Steppes a day or two before his nameday, and then he summons his Yol from the mountains to fly back to his village, where he will celebrate with his family and tribe.

Khaishan has a bad habit of never eating enough during the day. Up in the mountains, he always made sure everyone else had their fill to eat, and then he would be the last, often leading to having too little for a man his size. But he tries to eat whenever he gets hungry now.
