My photo shows the monochrome mosaic floor of the women’s changing room at the Central Baths in Herculaneum. Black tessarae (mosaic tiles) are used to depict the sea god Triton, who is holding a club over his left shoulder and a small fish in his right hand. He is surrounded by a cherub, dolphins, octopus, and a squid. Set against a white tile background.

Here’s a fuller view of the mosaic floor in the women’s changing room (apodyterium) at the Central Baths in Herculaneum. The monochrome floor mosaic depicts a marine scene featuring the spectacular octopus together with the sea god Triton, a cherub, dolphins, and a squid.

I have produced quite a few paintings and drawings of Green Street in Cambridge over the years. Here's a watercolour and ink sketch showing the western end as it goes into Trinity Street. Not sure if I still have this one.

This Princeton University Art Museum photo shows a blackware ceramic figurine of two stylised dogs which look as if they are dancing. They are standing upright on their hind legs, facing each other, their front legs raised, with paws resting against each other. The dog on the left has its face turned towards the viewer, with snout slightly raised and seeming to smile. The dog on the right, rests its raised snout against the cheek of its partner. The figures are rounded and smooth with short legs, pointed snouts, pointed ears, and short curved tails. Their bodies are decorated with incised lines, which according to the museum, represent folds of skin, indicating that these canines are Mexican hairless dogs.
