It’s interesting that the recent Forbes valuation makes the EFH shareholding worth more than the €230m he was after.
Harris could buy him out easily but I guess he doesn’t want to overpay- let’s hope they can come to an agreement asap.
I was told that there’s a reason why it couldn’t have happened- Textor doesn’t own the shares. He owns 88% of EFH which owns the shares in Palace so it’s not as straightforward as Marinakis or Bloom.
Yet another reason to get rid of him.
