This is absolutely worth filling out and voting on, and I think it's worthwhile to point out that automated content moderation does not necessitate generative AI. Ofc encoded bias is still a problem for classifiers, but personally I trust Blacksky to do this well. 👍

Today at 34 & Park in Minneapolis, a woman tried to drive down the street where a protest had broken out in front of a home ICE was raiding, saying she had a doctor apt to get to. ICE agents busted out her windows, cut off her seatbelt, and pulled her out before arresting her.

I hear and see your concerns. Over the weekend, a couple users hosted on Blacksky's PDS were banned from the Bluesky app and thus the Bluesky API servers. This was a weakness of our system I've been aware of and hoped we had more time to address before any kind of public incident. 1/11
