We are also waiting to hear from our partner, Block 15, about making it the official post-game meet up spot. But no matter what, please go and support them, they are amazing.

The lack of transportation made it very difficult for people to attend last season. Once we finalize our permanent new spot (keep your fingers crossed for us, this will be good!), we'll let y'all know. This should make it a LOT easier to join us.

Wanted to give y'all some background on Tealgates this season. We have some cool things in the works but these things take time. DoubleTap reached out independently and so while we wait, this was a great option because of the shuttle available with purchase of food/drink.

During the offseason, we talked about how it would be a great idea for one location for now to help build those back up. But now, just having a Kansas option without gender neutral restrooms excludes many in our community. We will begin working on finding an alternative site on the Missouri side.

For tomorrow, we are making sure to have the virtual options available for y'all. We are also pivoting a bit for watch parties.

But, the bathrooms aren't single stalls and they are gendered restrooms. Blue Crew and Friction will do everything in our power to ensure safety for everyone there, but the truth is that the Kansas legislature made it unsafe for many in our community.

We wanted to touch upon something real quick. We love Friction and they are great partners for us and we hope to have this partnership for a while. Its a nice home. For this meeting and watch parties, they have a great space upstairs that we are using that is for us during those times.

I’m transgender, I live in Kansas, if you want to help rn donate to either the ACLU of Kansas or the ACE foundation in Wichita - the ACE foundation especially is the organization that will help people with money for groceries, rent, etc. More orgs also included in attached img
